The annual auction night was as popular as ever. An eclectic range of items was offered for sale and many turned up early to assess the offerings.

Mark appeared to be trying to collect enough parts to build another bike. Ian and I, amongst others, kept him company with bids. This is the first year I haven't come home with a collection of books to add to my library, but did manage to bag a fine jigsaw puzzle for my wife.

Thanks to Simon who had to work hard to get the bidding enthusiasm together. Thanks to John and Rex for dealing with the money. We raised £78 for the club funds.
